We are interested in understanding complex relationship between sequence,
structure, functions and interactions of protein using computational analysis of
biological data. We develop new approaches to predict and model protein
structures, function and interactions. We are also interested in addressing some
of the fundamental questions in protein science such as implications of the
protein evolution in biological processes and pathways, signal transduction and
host pathogen interactions. » more
